Robert V. Catania, CEO, Co-Owner As the owner and operator of wicked Restaurant and wine Bar for the past ten years in Mashpee, Rob has employed hundreds of locals. Rob has successfully, and with zero enforcement issues or violations, managed alcoholic beverage licenses, which is another highly regulated industry that is analogous to cannabis and its regulatory treatment at the state level.As a chef trained at the Culinary Institute of America and former partner in the Catania Hospitality Group, Rob brings an attention to detail and a keen eye for process management to each and every business decision. Rob has founded and owned the following Massachusetts businesses: President and Founder Catania wine Enhancer Inc.; President and founder wicked Restaurant and wine Bar Mashpee; President and Founder wicked Restaurant and Wine Bar Dedham; President and Founder Oak and Ember whiskey Bar and grill; Founder and General Manager,DW Aquafarm; Executive Chef and Assistant General Manager at The Daniel Webster Inn;Vice President& General Manager, Food&Bev Director,Dan'l Webster Inn; and Food and Beverage Director Cape Codder Resort and Spa. Rob has followed and studied the cannabis legalization process closely and educated himself in manufacturing and handling of cannabis over the last few years. Robs vast culinary and liquor handling knowledge is a great asset in setting this up according to state regulations and developing niche edibles in the market place. William V. Catania, Co-owner Bill has served as the President of the Catania Hospitality Group since 2006 and has held virtually ever conceivable position in the restaurant and hospitality industry, from maitre'd at the Daniel Webster Inn, to supervising a human resources department. Bill has an extensive track record of operating successful businesses and actively engaging in the hospitality and restaurant industry with a firm focus on the local impacts and role of that industry on the Cape.
