Minutes of the Meeting <br /> MASHPEE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> Board of Commissioners <br /> May 2, 2019 <br /> Date: May 2, 2019 <br /> Time: 6:00 PM <br /> Location: Asher's Path Apartments, Community Room, 1 Carleton Dr., Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> Members Present: Francis Laporte, Jill Allen, Lisa Meizinger, Kevin Shackett and Richard <br /> Halpern. <br /> Members Absent: n/a <br /> Others Present: Leila Botsford, Executive Director <br /> List of documents and other exhibits used at the meeting and retained at the Authority's <br /> office: <br /> • Minutes of the meeting held April 11, 2019 <br /> • Warrants for April 2019 <br /> • Town Meeting Article#14 <br /> • CPC award letter for Housing Assistance Program II <br /> DECISIONS MADE/ACTIONS TAKEN ARE IN BOLD <br /> - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. A quorum was declared with the following <br /> members present: Fran Laporte, Kevin Shackett, Jill Allen, Lisa Meizinger and Richard Halpern. <br /> Also in attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: Minutes for the special meeting held on April 11, 2019 were sent <br /> to members before the meeting. A motion was made by Jill Allen and seconded by Kevin <br /> Shackett to accept the minutes as presented. Richard Halpern abstained. The motion <br /> carried. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT AND BUDGET UPDATE: Mrs. Botsford presented the warrants <br /> for signature which are for the month of April 2019 and total as follows: $56,613.72 for 4001, <br /> $47,808.00 for MRVP, $95,781.63 for Asher's Path Apartments, $6,138.18 for HAP, and <br /> $10,918.45 for Great Cove Community. She provided the budget to actual, prepared by the fee <br /> accountant and reviewed variances. It is too early in the month to report late rents, but we are <br /> 100% occupied at all properties, except for one at Great Cove Community, which Carol is <br /> working on. A motion was made by Lisa Meizinger and seconded by Kevin Shackett to <br /> accept the Treasurer's Report as presented. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
