Mr. Callahan agreed to research and remain up to date on Cape Cod Commission activities. <br /> Mr. Hansen agreed to work on the Greenways/Quashnet River Footbridge. <br /> Vote to Select Public Hearing Date for Definitive Subdivision of 103 Meeting House Road- <br /> Mr. Lehrer stated that there were two Public Hearing Notices for 103 Meeting House Road, one for a <br /> Special Permit for Cluster Subdivision and the other for a Definitive Subdivision. Mr. Lehrer <br /> suggested that the hearings be scheduled for two separate times and that the comments from the first <br /> hearing be rolled in to the second hearing. <br /> Mr: Phelan stated that he had filed a disclosure for the appearance of conflict of interest with the Town <br /> Clerk because the applicant was a firefighter who worked under Mr. Phelan's supervision. The Chair <br /> asked that Mr. Phelan make a similar announcement during the Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to set the time of the Public Hearing to consider <br /> approval of Definitive Subdivision located at 103 Meetinghouse Road for Wednesday,July 17 at <br /> 7:10 p.m. Mr. Callahan seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to set the Public Hearing start time for Wednesday, <br /> July 17, 2019 at 7:15 p.m. for the Special Permit application for Cluster Subdivision at 103 <br /> Meetinghouse Way. Mr. Callahan seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Vote to Select Public Hearing Date for Special Permit Application Made by Cape Cod <br /> Coffee-There was discussion about scheduling. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to schedule the Public Hearing of Cape Cod Coffee at <br /> 7:30 p.m.on July 17.
