Mr. Balzarini <br /> responded that Bylaws should be brought to the Board ahead of time for discussion or to be edited. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion that any Zoning Articles has to be submitted at least <br /> one month ahead of the July date so the Board can have time with the Town Planner to see what <br /> is liked and what is not liked. <br /> There was consensus that one month likely was not enough time. There was further discussion <br /> regarding the limited time for Planning Board consideration, as well as previous situations when the <br /> Planning Board was not informed of changes. Mr. Phelan suggested that the discussion begin at the <br /> next meeting. Mr. Balzarini agreed that more housing and zoning changes were needed. Mr. Lehrer <br /> stated that he wanted to work and Board members reiterated that they needed to be given more time to <br /> discuss proposed changes. <br /> The Chair summarized the three items requiring discussion on July 3 to include Accessory Dwelling <br /> Unit Bylaw changes, the signature page and the possible paperwork for the Blue Sky Towers decision. <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to rescind his motion and vote to cancel the July 3 meeting.
