Work on <br /> preliminary designs for the plant is currently under way, expected to be completed by the end of <br /> p Y g p Y <br /> 2019 usingnitrogen mitigation funds held b the cape Co.d.. ommission as the result of conditions <br /> g g y <br /> imposed on a number of Development of Regional Impact.projects.
