Article To see if the Town will vote to amend Chapter 172-9 of the General Bylaws as follows: Amend the language of 172-9(A) to include the term "Adverse impact" and its definition as follows: "Adverse Impact-Adverse impact means an impact to the value or interest of a wetland resource area as defined by the bylaw that is deemed by the issuing.authority to be more than.negligible, or random, unnecessary or undesirable to the public interests of the resource area.
