<br /> Special Town Meeting appropriated for contructing, originally equipping and
<br /> furnishing a fifteen classroom addition to the Middle
<br /> School, including costs incidental and related thereto;
<br /> Meeting called to order at 8:10 p.m. with 396 voters that to raise this appropriation the Treasurer, with the
<br /> present. A quorum of 100 voters required. approval of the Board of Selectmen, is authorized to
<br /> borrow $21,137,800 under and pursuant to Chapter 44,
<br /> Barnstable, ss: Greetings Section 79 of the General Laws, Chapter 645 of the Acts
<br /> of 1948, as amended, or any other enabling authority,
<br /> To the Constables of the Town, and to issue bonds or notes of the Town therefor; and,
<br /> further, that the sum of $359000 shall be raised and
<br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, appropriated to pay interest payable in the fiscal year
<br /> you are hereby directed to notify and summon the beginning July 1, 1992, on bonds or notes, including
<br /> inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee who are qualified to bond anticipation notes,issued hereunder;provided that
<br /> vote in the elections to meet at the Mashpee Middle no appropriation shall be valid and no bonds or notes
<br /> School on Monday, the 16th day of March, 1992 at 7:30 shall be issued hereunder until the Town shall have voted
