<br /> Meeting called to order at 8:10 p.m. with 396 voters that to raise this appropriation the Treasurer, with the
<br /> present. A quorum of 100 voters required. approval of the Board of Selectmen, is authorized to
<br /> borrow $21,137,800 under and pursuant to Chapter 44,
<br /> Barnstable, ss: Greetings Section 79 of the General Laws, Chapter 645 of the Acts
<br /> of 1948, as amended, or any other enabling authority,
<br /> To the Constables of the Town, and to issue bonds or notes of the Town therefor; and,
<br /> further, that the sum of $359000 shall be raised and
