<br /> 4. Whoever violates any provision of this by-law may be penalized by a non criminal disposition
<br /> process, as provided in M.G.L. c.40 §211) and the Town-s no.n.-criminal dispo,sition law. If a non-
<br /> criminal disposition is elected,then any person who violates any provision of this by-law shall be
<br /> subject to a penalty of three hundred dollars, ($300-00) per violation.
