<br /> lot will now accommodate"'19'.-vehicle `trailer spaces and 8 vehicle-only spaces. Additional CPA
<br /> monies are required to complete the project which involves more extensive site work due to existing
<br /> topography. The additional $40,000 required to complete this project would fund the top course of
<br /> asphalt, shoulder work, landscape and an outdoor storage area for the Department of Natural
<br /> Resources (included in original plan). The Ockway Bay Boat Ramp is one of the Town's three public
<br /> launch facilities for boating access and it is used year round by recreational boaters and fishermen.
<br /> The vote of the Community Preservation Committee was unanimous 6-0 in support of this article.
