The amount will be disclosed at the next meeting. <br /> Add Rental Property Regulation Bylaw: Approved. <br /> To adopt a General Bylaw relative to the regulation of rental properties in the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to add the Rental Property Regulation Bylaw Article on the October <br /> warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Opposed, none <br /> It was agreed the language of the article would be refined and reviewed by the Board of Selectmen at their <br /> August 22, 2019 meeting. <br /> Modify Accessory Apartment By-Law with Planning Board edits): Approved. <br /> TOWN MANAGER UPDATES <br /> Water District Meeting: It was announced the Board of Water District Commissioners voted at their meeting of <br /> August 16, 2019 to not support the creation of a combined Water/Sewer District and to not engage in <br /> negotiations on any such effectuating legislation by a vote of 2-1. <br /> The Town Manager is expected to meet with the Water District to review contract negotiations next week. <br /> Town Seal Committee: Communication was received from the Historical Commission regarding the replacement of tl <br /> Town of Mashpee Seal. In accordance with the vote of the May 2019 Town Meeting the Historical Commission <br /> is charged to lead the project by conducting research and providing updates to the Board of Selectmen. Several <br /> individuals have expressed an interest in serving on the Town Seal Committee. The Board of Selectmen deferred <br /> to the Town Manager to make the recommendation regarding the make-up of this committee. <br />
