There were no further comments or questions. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Sign Special Permit Decision-MODI LLC, 10 Evergreen Circle <br /> Planning Board members signed the decision. <br /> Sign Special Permit Decision-Kevin Andrade/Best Buy Beverage, 11 Evergreen Circle <br /> Planning Board members signed the decision. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> CHA N'S REPORT <br /> The Chair stated that correspondence had been received from Attorney Eliza Cox, <br /> representing Mashpee Commons, notifying the Board that they were preparing an application for <br /> a Notice of Intent to apply for a Development Agreement with the Cape Cod Commission. The <br /> matter would be added to the agenda for discussion at the next meeting. <br /> In addition, the Chair announced that the Board of Selectmen would be hosting guest <br /> speakers to address matters regarding wastewater. Questions and comments were being sought <br /> by the Chair of the Selectmen, Selectman Gottlieb. <br /> BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE UPDATES <br /> Cape Cod Commission-Mr. Callahan reported that there would be a community forum <br /> regarding climate change. The Chair reported that there had been a petition to encourage <br /> regulations regarding climate change and meetings had been scheduled to discuss the matter <br /> further, one of which would be taking place in Mashpee. The Chair would forward the dates of <br /> the meeting. <br /> Community Preservation Committee-The Chair stated that November 1 was the <br /> deadline to receive applications for CPA funds. Applications were available in the Town <br /> Manager's office. <br /> Design Review Committee-No meeting <br /> Plan Review-No meeting <br /> Environmental Oversight Committee-Mr. Cummings reported that the Selectmen's <br /> meetings regarding wastewater would occur on Mondays. Mr. Cummings confirmed that the <br /> plastic straw and Styrofoam ban would appear at the May Town Meeting, along with a helium <br /> balloon ban. DPW Director Catherine Laurent would be revising Mashpee's Stormwater Plan. <br /> Mr. Lehrer reported that the EPA required the update and the Chair confirmed that the Planning <br /> Board would be reviewing the plan and providing comment. Mr. Lehrer would follow up with <br /> Ms. Laurent, since he was sitting on the Task Force, and would report on their progress with the <br /> Planning Board. Mr. Rowley recommended that the Planning Board may want to ensure that <br /> Stormwater Rules and Regulations updates would be in compliance with the Subdivision <br /> Regulations. <br /> Greenway Project& Quashnet Footbridge-No meeting <br /> Historic District Commission-No meeting <br /> 3 <br />
