AMENDMENT#1 to WASTE DISPOSAL AGREEMENT <br /> The AGREEMENT for waste dispoal made on November 15, 2013 between the Town of <br /> Mashpee, acting by and through its Board of Selectmen, hereinafter referred to as "Town", and <br /> New Bedford Waste Services, LLC with an address of 1245 Shawmut Avenue, New Bedford, MA <br /> 02746, hereinafter referred to as "NBWS", is hereby amended in accordance with the <br /> provisions of said AGREEMENT. <br /> 1. SERVICES PROVIDED AND DISPOSAL FEE. The original disposal fee of sixty dollars ($60.00) <br /> per ton for the first year of the Agreement is amended to fifty-five dollars ($55.00) per ton <br /> for both the first and second year of the Agreement.
