A.list of candidates was generated and sent out to all the Barnstable <br /> County Fire Chiefs. A Town advertisement seeping applicants for full-time Fircf ghtcr <br /> Paramedic positions Was formulated. <br /> Candidates that received a passing score of 70% were sent a letter from the Town's <br /> Human Resources Department inviting them to fill out an application for the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Candidate Trieli was on a military deployment and was allowed to take the : CF C after his <br /> return. Candidate Triali was subsequently added to the qualified list cif.applicants. The candidate <br /> completed a Town application 1n October 2019. <br /> The candidate was set up for an interview by a three hereon panel on October 28 Ih 2019. <br /> The panel consisted of the Assistant Town Manager, Human Resources Director and:Deputy Fire <br /> Chief. The same set of interactive questions were asked of the candidate by the panel. These <br /> questions were consistent with previous oral hoard interviews. At the completion of the interview <br /> the eligibility list was amended to include this candidate, and the results were presented to the <br /> "ire Chief.
