Add a footnote (12) to the Subsection 7.4 "Land Space <br /> Requirements Table" under "MINIMUM LOT SIZE", with footnote <br /> (12) to read as follows: <br /> "(12) Only upland areas may counted toward minimum lot <br /> size requirements.
