Town of P,lashpee <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NCTTCE <br /> Pursuant to Chapter 40A of Massachusetts General Law, the <br /> Mashpee Planning Board will conduct a public hearing at 8 :40 PM <br /> on Wednesday, April 24, 1985 , at Town Hall , Central Road , Mashpee <br /> on a proposed amendment to Section 8 of the Zoning; By-Laws by <br /> amending; subsection 8 .5 specifying; the number of parking spaces <br /> required for a stated principal use by deleting the existing <br /> principal use and number of spaces appearing on the lines <br /> entitled "Motels , Hotels , & Inns" , "Restaurants , Theaters , and <br /> other places of assembly exclusive of churches" , and "Warehouses <br /> << other commercial or industrial buildings" and substituting there- <br /> fore the following; langua, ,e for the stated principal use and for <br /> the stated number of spaces as appears below, or take any other <br /> action thereon. All other remaining principal uses and number <br /> of spaces in the present by-law shall remain. <br /> Principal Use Number of Spaces <br /> Motels, Hotels & Inns 1 } spaces for each rental unit + 1 <br /> } spaces for each 20 square feet of <br /> floor area available for meetings or <br /> functions + 1 space for each employee. <br /> Restaurants, theaters, 1 space for each 4 seats or 1 space <br /> lodges, clubs & other for each 4 persons as shown on the <br /> places of assembly, exclusive certificate of occupancy issued by <br /> of churches the Building Inspector for the premises <br /> at the time of maximum use, whichever <br /> is greater <br /> Warehouses and other 1 space for each 900 square feet of <br /> commercial or Industrial gross floor area + 1 space for each <br /> buildings 2 employed persons on the larger shift <br /> + 1 space for each company owned <br /> and operated vehicle.
