If you read it one way it says it 's in Industrial District <br /> or Commercial District or you can take and almost interpret it as being <br /> allowed in residential , It just depends on where it happened to be <br /> placed in the commercial or industrial areas in the zoning book . <br /> Mr . Dubin: On the one hand you have the authority now to correct the <br /> situation that you think constitutes a nuisance . <br /> Mr . Boyd : Yes <br /> Mr . Dubin opened the public on amending the zoning map to change a C-2 <br /> area on Route 130. Mr . Dubin read the notice as advertised in the <br /> newspaper. (see attached) <br /> Mr. Shaughnessy*,. On that article there 's a wordirig -change ,needed to <br /> make it clearer, from C-2 to R-3M. (He gave a copy to Mr . Dubin see <br /> attached) . I assume you 're all familiar with that section. I 'm here <br /> speaking on behalf of the Timberlane Shores Association in particular <br /> which is very much interested in this change . Route 130 and Cotuit Rd . <br /> is becoming ever more busy. As you come down Cotuit Rd , you have <br /> traffic coining from the left as an intersection® It 's merely an accident <br /> waiting to happen. From the left and the right depending on which way <br /> -traffic is flowing on Rte . 130. In addition that,,particular area is <br /> a small C-2 area is completely surrounded by residential district and <br /> all the area there is residential houses with the exception of the <br /> glass shop, mirror <br /> rror and auto body shop at the site of the old post office <br /> and that is not a concern to us at all . The rest of the intersection <br /> is in an area that is built up residential and becoming more so .cOn <br /> Rte . 130 We have Jonas Drive and Sunset Strip to come . We have coming <br /> off Shields Road and coming right into that intersection we have a <br /> development going there which has already started with 104 houses . We <br /> have just down Cotuit Rd. 51 modular homes going in. The whole area is <br /> being built up and we feel that particular area would be better served <br /> by changing it to R-3M. This would be a good time to make -the change <br />
