RETAIL LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> This Retail Lease Agreement ("Lease's) is made as of the "Execution Date" set foi~th on the signature <br /> page hereto, by and between Mashpee Con-mions B., LLC having a notice address of c/o Mashpee Com.monns <br /> Lllntited Partnership, Mashpee Conuxnons, P.O. Box 1530, Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 ("Landlord") and <br /> Sachs Jewelers of Mashpee, Inc. having a notice address of 180 Boston Tunipike, Shrewsbury, MA 01545 <br /> C"Tenant"). Tenant's Trade name is Sachs Jewelers of Mashpee,Inc. ('"Trade Nanie"), <br /> Section 1. Basic Lease Terni.s. As used in this Lease, the following tem-s shall have the following <br /> nneanungs: <br /> 1, Shopping The shopping center known as "Maslipee Conninons", located at 38 Nathan <br /> Center: Ellis Highway,Mashpee,Massachusetts. <br /> 2. Prennises: The 802 square feet of space within the Shopping Center, located at 3 Central <br /> Square, and identified as Space 7.1032 on Exhibit A to this Lease.
