I am hereby requesting a Discharge of said Covenant as all <br /> the requirements put forth in the Covenant have been met in the finishing of Balfour Lane. <br /> We respectfully request a Discharge of the Covenant as soon as possible as we would like to <br /> apply for a building permit(proposed Site and Septic Plan attached). <br /> Please contact me if I may provide you with further documentation to prepare the Discharge.
