A quorum was declared with the following <br /> members present: Jill Allen, Richard Halpern,Kevin Shackett, and Lisa Meizinger. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT: NONE <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: Minutes for the meeting held on February 6, 2020 were sent to <br /> members before the meeting. A motion was made by Richard Halpern and seconded by Lisa <br /> Meizinger to accept the minutes as presented. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> TREASURER'S REPORT & BUDGET UPDATE: Mrs. Botsford reported that DHCD had <br /> finally gotten in touch with her regarding our FY 2020 budget. They wanted the amounts for <br /> management fees and maintenance fee-for-service broken out in the budget forms. Mrs. <br /> Botsford and Mr. Joy have taken care of that and the budget was re-submitted. Yesterday Mrs. <br /> Botsford emailed DHCD to get an update on the status of the budget but got no response. The <br /> Budget-to-Actual report, prepared by the Fee Accountant, was distributed. Mrs. Botsford <br /> reminded the board that Mr. Joy used last year's budget figures, since our current year budget <br /> has not yet been approved by DHCD. The numbers look a little off because of that but we are in <br /> good shape. <br /> Warrants were distributed for review and approval. The warrants for the month of February <br /> 2020 and total as follows: $47,181.31 for 4001, $46572.00 for MRVP, $51,224.83 for Asher's <br /> Path Apartments, $ 9,146.16 for HAP, and $10,934.95 for Great Cove Community.
