<br /> 			Scott made a motion to approve the modification for 39 Wilsons Grove with the following
<br /> 			conditions;
<br />      			1.  The  Board has  determined that the  applicant meets  all the  conditions  of a
<br />   				Modification to an approved Variance under Mass General Law 40A Section 10.
