A new bid for the rernainder of the fiscal year as well <br /> as the next two years was solicited in January 2020. Attached are the bud results. <br /> Background <br /> The Town contracts for inspection and repair of the fire sprinkler systems in the various Town <br /> buildings. Annual inspection by a licensed contractor is required. <br /> Recommend ation <br /> I recommend that a contract be awarded to Encore Hire Protection for a term of March 15, <br /> 2020—June 30, 2021 as outlined below.
