<br />  									AUGUST 26,2020
<br />    			Bill wanted to confirm the Variance request. The Attorney explained that house is shifting
<br />    			toward the westerly setback of the sideline from 14.1 ft. to 16, which is shifting 1.9 ft.
<br />    			closer to the pond which is creating a new non-conformity from the 50 ft. setback. Bill
<br />    			explained that under the bylaw Section 174-17.1 this project, in his opinion, is not creating
<br />    			any new non-conformities. He said that he has no issues due to the shape of the lot.
<br />    			Jim Gould has no issues with the project.There were no more questions or comments from
<br />    			the Board. There were no phone calls from abutters.
<br />    			Jon read a letter dated August 25,2020 from a direct abutter who was in favor of the project.
<br />    			Jim Gould read an email dated August 26, 2020 from the Board of Health into the record.
<br />    			Scott read an email dated August 26, 2020 from the Conservation Department.
<br />    			There were no more comments from the Board, and no abutter calls.
<br />     			Scott made a motion to approve 10 Shorewood Drive, Owner, Sharon Sangeleer requests
<br />     			a Special Permit under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a pre-existing,
<br />    			non-conforming single-family structure and deck on property located in an R-5 Zoning
<br />    			District,Map 58 Parcel 32, Mashpee,MA with the following conditions:
<br />  				1.  The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special
<br />      				Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9.
