f� tE <br /> SECTION 3: ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS . <br /> ,� r4 <br /> 3.1 The Town of Mashpee is hereby divided into zoning districts designated <br /> as follows: 1V <br /> Residence Districts ' { <br /> R-1 �p <br /> R-2 <br /> R-3 <br /> � ll <br /> Commercial Districts <br /> C-1 <br /> C-2 �{ <br /> �1 <br /> Industrial Districts <br /> Flood Plain Districts <br /> F <br /> 3.2 Except for Flood Plain Districts the location and boundaries of these <br /> districts are hereby established <br /> h d as shown on a map entitled "Zoning <br /> of the Town of Mashpee," dated g Ma p <br /> bearing the signatures of the members of the Planning Board and on file f <br /> in the office of the Town Clerk, which map, with all explanatory matter <br /> thereon is declared to be a part of this By-Law. <br /> 3.3 Any changes or amendments shall be indicated by the alteration of such <br /> map,. and the map thus altered is declared to be a part of the By-Laws IIi <br /> thus amended. <br /> 3.4 Where a district boundary is indicated as within or parallel to a street, <br /> highway, railroad right-of-way, water course or town municipal boundary f11. <br /> such district boundary shall be construed as the centerline or being <br /> parallel to the centerline of such street, highway, railroad right-of-way, <br /> water course or town municipal boundary. <br /> 3.5 Whenever any uncertainity exists as to the exact location of a boundary <br /> line, the location of such line, shall be determined from the scale <br /> of the map by the building inspector. <br /> 3.6 Flood Plain District Boundaries are established as follows : <br /> All land below the elevation of 12 feet above mean sea: level . <br /> , <br /> f , <br /> -8- COMMUNITY PLANNING SERVICES <br /> 1 <br />
