5 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 2, 2020 <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARIJNGS <br /> Convene Joint Meeting with the Capital Improvement Program Committee: <br /> Public Hearing Capital Improvement Program Fiscal Year 2021: Town Manager Rodney Collins: <br /> The Board of Selectmen in conjunction with the Capital Improvement Program Committee opened the Public <br /> Hearing on the proposed Capital Improvement Plan for Fiscal Year 2021. The Public Hearing notice was read <br /> aloud into the record to conform to posting procedures. <br /> CIP Members in attendance; Rodney Collins, Andrew Gottlieb, Dawn Thayer, Mike Richardson, Patricia DeBoer <br /> and Chuck Gasior. <br /> The Capital Improvement Program Committee met earlier today to determine the funding sources for the FY2021 <br /> Capital program. The following departments have received funding for various capital needs; <br /> DPW $275,950 <br /> Fire $115,000 <br /> IT $40,000 <br /> Planning & construction $565,000 <br /> Police $239,000 <br /> Recreation $17,742 <br /> School $486,000 <br /> Selectmen $62,000 <br /> Transfer Station $200,000 <br /> Total Capital Appropriation: $2,000,692 <br /> Being no comment, the Board of Selectmen motioned as follows; <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Weeden,yes Opposed, none <br /> Adjourn Capital Improvement Program Committee: <br /> The Capital Improvement Program Committee adjourned at 6:38 p.m. <br />
