Mr.Rowley suggested that stormwater operations and maintenance plan be included with the decision and include the language"responsibility of all successive property owners as shown," as drafted in Condition#6. The Chair invited Public Comment. . Kathleen Pearson,Main Street, inquired about the additional potential tenant that would be moving in to the facility. Mr. Kirrane confirmed that a future tenant was not yet locked in. The Chair read the condition that would require any tenant be of compatible use and not negatively impact the sanitary use of the facility or detrimental impact to surrounding properties. Mr.Lehrer read through the conditions of the Draft Decision. There was discussion regarding the signage and replication of Cape Cod Coffee's previous sign. There were no additional comments. MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to close the Public Hearing. Mr. Callahan seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to approve the Decision as presented. NEW BUSINESS Charles Rowley,August Invoice-An invoice.dated September 3 was received in the amount of $1,440 for regular Planning Board business in August. MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to pay Charles Rowley$1,440. Mr. Phelan seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. Planning Board members signed the authorization. Set Public Hearing Date for Zoning Article Proposals for October 2019 Town Meeting MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to set the Public Hearing for October 2 at 7:10 p.m. Mr. Callahan seconded the motion.
