It was agreed the article would remain in place to be recommended or indefinitely postponed at Town Meeting. Article 9: CPC—To Eurchase the The sum, to be determined shall not exceed $675,000 to purchase an active cranberry bog, 11.71 acres and surrounding upland properties; 13.98 'acres total for freshwater wetland restoration and water quality improvement to Santuit Pond.' The CPC has authorized the Town Manager to negotiate a pnee for the purchase and an appraisal i's forthcoming. The cost will be presented to the voters at To Meetin g. Annual Town Meetlpgx� Articles 10 -15 Contract Settlements: Town Manager Rodney C. Collins disclosed that Article 15 relative to the SE1U`, Local 888 Clerical/Library/Dispatchers Chapter contract was amended from $80,000 to $64,000. Motion made by Selectman Sherman to include the Contract Settlements Articles 10-15 as amended and presented on the ATM warrant, Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.
