Clue to timing in the <br /> municipal environment the impacts of the 2008 crisis were most notably reflected in revenues and <br /> expenditures during the time period beginning in FY 2009 through Fes'2011, with recovery beginning. <br /> in I-"`Y 2012. In an effbrt to present an accurate reflection of how the Town responded, the financial <br /> recession tirne period was extended through FY 2018.
