*DRAFT BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES MARCH 23, 2020* 6 Board of Selectmen Minutes March 23, 2020 OLD BUSINESS date Pos§iblq Action Relative to COVID-19: In reviewing the bill that creates several options for municipalities to address the immediate problem of C OVID-19�and the risks of large, public gatherings present to Town Meeting that may,be schedul ed to occur in the coming weeks, the Board of Sel.e.ctmen agreed to discuss the possibility of rescheduling at a subsequent Selectmen's Meeting. Residents were urged to be mindful of the actions of the County government, and to access their website for information regarding the coronavirus. Barn' with Cape Cod Health Care stable County has been coordinating wi to disseminate information and assist in-the coordination of the testing process. To facilitate the process, there is a great deal of information available online as many agencies are now operating remotely. Discussion and AppipyW-pfthe Restated and Amended A-xreement Between the To of Mash ee and Mashpge Conunogs,UP�fo�rthe lrea�tme�nt and Di�so�sQ�_of Wastewater: The Board of Selectmen reviewed the Restated and Amended Agreement as of the I"day of January, 2020 by and between the Town of Mashpee and Mashpee Commons, LP for the Treatment and Disposal of Wastewater, dated July 1, 2016 as extended. Town Manager Rodney C. Collins recommended approval. The Agreement provides for services to the Library, and the Police, Fire and Council on Aging complex. Motion made by Selectman' O'Hara to approve and execute the Restated and Amended Agreement between the Town of Mashpee and Mashpee Commons, LP for the Treatment and Disposal of Wastewater..
