Explanation: This Article will transfer funds from the "waterways Improvement Fund to scrape sand piling <br /> that has been created over time by boat "power loading" at various ramps in Town. <br /> The Board of Selectrrien recommends approval of Article 26 by a vote of 5-0 <br /> FlNCOM: This Article provides funding to scrape sand piling that occurs over time by "power loading„ at <br /> boat ramps. Stabilization of cleared areas within fourteen (14) days of clearing or extended inactivity in <br /> construction (fourteen (14) days or more) by planting of temporary vegetative cover, <br /> mulching, use of erasion control mats or similar measures; <br /> 3.
