Voted 52 for, 8 <br />opposed. <br />Article 11. To see if the Town will vote to rescind Arti- <br />cle 35 of the 1961 Annual Town Meeting that reads as fol- <br />lows: Article 35, to see if the Town will vote to reappropriate <br />the sum of $613.73 of Chapter 718 Funds to be spent in con- <br />junction with improvements to be made on Ashers Path Road <br />or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted unanimously. <br />Article 12. To see if the Town will vote to reappropriate <br />the sum of $613.73 of Chapter 718 Funds to be spent in con- <br />junction with Chapter 90 Construction on Cotuit Road or <br />take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. To see if the Town will vote to install a street <br />light at pole #8/9 on Riverside Road at Hamblin Pond or take <br />any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to amend article to <br />read; to see if the Town will vote to install a street light at <br />pole #8/9 on Riverside Road at Hamblin Pond, and that the <br />SUM of $30.00 be appropriate therefor from available funds <br />or to take any other action thereon. Voted 39 for, .4 opposed. <br />Article 14.
