55 <br />Burial Agent—Elmont B. Tobey <br />Herring Warden—Warren Hicks <br />Harbor Master—John Moore <br />Finance Committee Members— <br />(One for three years)—Adolphus Miller <br />(One for two years)—Gordon Crowell <br />Voted unanimously. <br />Article 2. To see if the Town will vote to accept the <br />Town Officers reports or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Article voted unanimously to be accepted as <br />read. <br />Article 3. To see if the Town will hear and act upon <br />the reports of any Committees hereto chosen, or appoint <br />Committees for any purpose the Town may deem advisable. <br />Action: Albert Whitmore Jr. gave a report for the School <br />Building Committee. Mrs. Mabel Avant gave the Library <br />Needs Committee report. Voted unanimously to accept all <br />reports. <br />Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br />Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Selectmen, to bor- <br />row money from time to time in anticipation of revenue of <br />the financial year beginning on January 1, 1962 and to issue <br />a note or notes therefor payable in one year and to renew <br />such note or notes that may be given for a period of one <br />year or less in accordance with Section 17, Chapter 44 of the <br />General Laws. <br />Action: Voted unanimously that article be accepted as <br />read. <br />Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br />Town Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, to <br />extend for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate <br />six months beyond the maximum term provided by law, any <br />debt. or debts incurred under this vote, or take .any other <br />action thereon. <br />Action: Article voted unanimously to be accepted as <br />read. <br />
