68 <br />Article 46. To see if. the Town will vote to continue the <br />activities of the Library Building Committee and to raise <br />and appropriate the sum of $500.00 to defray the cost of <br />preliminary plans and Committee expenses, or take any other <br />action thereon. <br />Action: Article voted unanimously to be accepted as <br />read. <br />Article 47. To see if the Town will vote to transfer the <br />sum of $2,500.00 from the Overlay Account to the Reserve <br />Fund, or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Article voted unanimously to be accepted as <br />read. <br />Article 48. To see if the Town will vote to amend Chap- <br />ter III, Article II, of the Town Zoning By -Laws, by amending <br />the map entitled, "Zoning Map, Town of Mashpee, Mashpee, <br />Massachusetts", dated November 3, 1959, and filed with the <br />Town Clerk, by creating a business zone on Route 28, for a <br />distance of one thousand feet northeasterly of the Falmouth <br />town line, with a depth of three hundred feet on each side <br />of said public way, or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Article voted unanimously to be accepted as <br />read. Voted 62 for, 0 opposed. <br />Article 49. To see if the Town will vote to amend Article <br />III, Amendments Section 1, of the Town By-laws to read as <br />follows: "These By-laws may be amended at any annual or at <br />any special Town Meeting, provided that an article or articles <br />for that purpose be included in the town warrant and pro- <br />vided that a quorum of at least ten percent of the number of <br />registered voters are present", or take any other action there- <br />on. <br />Action: Article voted unanimously to be postponed in- <br />definitely. <br />Article 50.
