68 Article 46. To see if. the Town will vote to continue the activities of the Library Building Committee and to raise and appropriate the sum of $500.00 to defray the cost of preliminary plans and Committee expenses, or take any other action thereon. Action: Article voted unanimously to be accepted as read. Article 47. To see if the Town will vote to transfer the sum of $2,500.00 from the Overlay Account to the Reserve Fund, or take any other action thereon. Action: Article voted unanimously to be accepted as read. Article 48. To see if the Town will vote to amend Chap- ter III, Article II, of the Town Zoning By -Laws, by amending the map entitled, "Zoning Map, Town of Mashpee, Mashpee, Massachusetts", dated November 3, 1959, and filed with the Town Clerk, by creating a business zone on Route 28, for a distance of one thousand feet northeasterly of the Falmouth town line, with a depth of three hundred feet on each side of said public way, or take any other action thereon. Action: Article voted unanimously to be accepted as read. Voted 62 for, 0 opposed. Article 49. To see if the Town will vote to amend Article III, Amendments Section 1, of the Town By-laws to read as follows: "These By-laws may be amended at any annual or at any special Town Meeting, provided that an article or articles for that purpose be included in the town warrant and pro- vided that a quorum of at least ten percent of the number of registered voters are present", or take any other action there- on. Action: Article voted unanimously to be postponed in- definitely. Article 50. To see if the Town will vote on Chapter 1, Town Meetings and Election of Officers, to recind Section 2 of Article 1, of the Town By-laws and substitute the following: "The Selectmen shall cause to be delivered to all registered voters at least seven (7) days before any Annual or Special
