FIRE PREVENTION REGULATIONS <br />Section 1. Chimneys. <br />Para. 1. All chimneys hereafter built ' in any building <br />used for habitation, business, or for public assembly, shall be <br />built of brick or other incombustible material, constructed <br />from the ground up and not supported or hung in any way <br />by wood or combustible material. <br />Para. 2. All chimneys shall have a terra-cotta flue lin- <br />ing unless the chimney walls are 8 inches thick or more and <br />shall be carried up to at least one foot above the highest <br />point of the roof. <br />Para. 3.
