To see if the Town will assume Liability in <br />the manner provided by Section 29 of Chapter 91 of the <br />General Laws, as most recently amended by Chapter 5, Acts of <br />1955 for all damages that may be incurred by work to be per- <br />formed by the Department of Public Works of Massachusetts <br />for the improvement, development, maintenance and protec- <br />tion of tidal and non -tidal rivers and streams, harbors, tide- <br />waters, foreshores and shores along a public beach in ac- <br />cordance with Section XI of Chapter 91 of the General Laws, <br />and authorize the Selectmen to execute and deliver a bond of <br />indemnity therefor to the Commonwealth. <br />Recommended as read. <br />Article 9. To see if the Town will vote to transfer the <br />sum of $2,500.00 from the Overlay Account to the Reserve <br />Fund, or take any other action thereon. <br />Recommended as read. <br />Article 10. To see if the Town will vote to add $10,000.00 <br />to the stabilization fund; $5,000.00 to be taken from free cash <br />in the general treasury, and $5,000.00 to be raised and ap- <br />propriated, or take any other action thereon. <br />Recommendation from floor.
