7s <br />.Annual Town Meeting Warrant <br />MAY 4, 1964 <br />BARNSTABLE, SS: To the Constable of the Town of <br />Mashpee, GREETINGS: <br />In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, <br />you are hereby directed to notify and summons the inhabi- <br />tants of the Town of Mashpee who are qualified to vote in <br />the elections, to meet at the Town Hall on May 4, 1964, to <br />act on the following articles: <br />To see if the Town will vote to transfer to the General <br />School Budget Account for Emergency Junior High School <br />Tuition and Transportation Account the sum of $5,252.15 to <br />be taken from the following available appropriation balances <br />on hand in the following accounts:—Jetty Account, $3,950.00; <br />Advertising Resources, $150.00; Land Damages, $305.00; Lay- <br />out Lake Avenue, $100.00; Mill Pond Food Lights, $250.00; <br />Sale of Lands of Low Value Account, $397.15; or take any <br />other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. A unanimous vote. <br />Article 2. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br />appropriate or take from available funds the sum of $2,200.00 <br />for the General School Budget Account for Emergency Junior <br />High School Tuition and Transportation Account; or take <br />any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded that article be ac- <br />cepted as read. A unanimous vote. <br />Article 3. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br />Board of Assessors to enter into a contract for an expert <br />appraisal of taxable real estate over a three year period for <br />a total cost of $15,000.00; under the provisions of the General <br />Laws Chapter 40, Section 4; and to raise and appropriate the <br />sum of $5,000.00 from the current year tax levy, or take any <br />other action thereon. <br />
