<br />Article 9. To see if the Town will assume liability in
<br />the manner provided by Section 29 of Chapter 91 of the Gen-
<br />eral Laws, as most recently amended by Chapter 5, Acts of
<br />1955 for all damages that may be incurred by work to be
<br />performed by the Department of Public Works of Massachu-
<br />setts for the improvement, development, maintenance and
<br />protection of tidal and non -tidal rivers_ and streams, harbors,
<br />tidewaters, foreshores and shores along a public beach in
<br />accordance with Section XI of Chapter 91 of the General
<br />Laws, and authorize the Selectmen to execute and deliver a
<br />bond of indemnity therefor to the Commonwealth.
<br />Article 19. To see if the Town will vote to pay all labor
<br />$1.75 per hour or take any other action thereon.
<br />Article 37. To see if the Town will vote to accept a gift
<br />of a parcel of beach land for public recreation purposes from
<br />Fields Point Manufacturing Corporation, of approximately
<br />20.51 acres on Nantucket Sound, said Fields Point Manufac-
<br />turing Corporation to provide and fill an entrance road and
<br />to provide and fill a parking space for 300 motor vehicles, all
<br />as shown on a "Plan of Land in Mashpee, Mass., Scale
<br />1" - 100' January 15, 1964, George M. Hayes, C. E., 101 Alta-
<br />mont Ave., Melrose, Mass.," or take any other action thereon.
<br />Article 39. To see if the Town will vote to accept Chap-
<br />ter 478 of the Acts of 1963, Sections 1 to 6, inclusive (an act
<br />increasing the amounts of pensions and retirement allow-
<br />ances payable to certain former public employees) or take
<br />any other action thereon.
