69 Action: Motion made and seconded to raise and appro- priate the sum of $400.00. Voted unanimously. Article 24. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town Zoning By -Laws by creating an extension to the busi- ness area on both sides of Route 151, starting from the present business zone, running westerly for eighteen hundred feet in length to the Falmouth line and four hundred feet in depth. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. Voted unanimously. Voted 40 for, none opposed. Article 25. To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town Zoning BY -Laws by creating an extension to the busi- ness area on both sides of Route 28, starting from the present business area and extending to the present industrial area for approximately 2,000 feet. Action: Motion made and seconded to read as read and accept. Voted unanimously. Voted 42 for, none opposed. Article 26. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate or take from available funds the sum of $5,000.00 to develop town landings; one on Ockway Bay, South Mashpee, and one on Great River, Monomoscoy, at the request of the Town Landing Committee, or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded that article be ac- cepted as recommended which is to raise and appropriate $5,000.00 to develop town landings. Voted unanimously. Article 27. To see if the Town will vote to raise and ap- propriate or take from available funds, the sum of $5,000.00 for the pro -rated share of costs of town revaluation, or take any other action thereon.
