77 Article 3. To see if the Town will vote to accept the fol- lowing By -Law as authorized under Chapter 40, Section 21, Sub -section 1, of the General Laws: It shall be unlawful for any person who has not attained the age of twenty-one years to consume or have in his or her possession alcoholic beverages on public highways, including vehicles thereon, or public places within the Town of Mash - pee. Whoever violates the provision of this by-law shall be fined in an amount not exceeding Twenty Dollars for each offense. Action: Motion moved and seconded that article be ac- cepted as read. 33 for, none opposed, A unani- mous vote. Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to accept the fol- lowing By -Law as authorized under Chapter 40, Section 21, Sub -section 1, of the General Laws. To see if the Town will vote to accept a gift of $643.93 from the Emil Hanslin Associates for the Library Building Fund or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded that article be ac- cepted as read. A unanimous vote. Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to rescind the loan authorization of $6,750.00, authorized .under Article 7 of the August 27, 1963 Special Town Meeting, for a dump truck and sander, or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion moved and seconded article be accepted as read. A unanimous vote.
