77 <br />Article 3. To see if the Town will vote to accept the fol- <br />lowing By -Law as authorized under Chapter 40, Section 21, <br />Sub -section 1, of the General Laws: <br />It shall be unlawful for any person who has not attained <br />the age of twenty-one years to consume or have in his or her <br />possession alcoholic beverages on public highways, including <br />vehicles thereon, or public places within the Town of Mash - <br />pee. Whoever violates the provision of this by-law shall be <br />fined in an amount not exceeding Twenty Dollars for each <br />offense. <br />Action: Motion moved and seconded that article be ac- <br />cepted as read. 33 for, none opposed, A unani- <br />mous vote. <br />Article 4. To see if the Town will vote to accept the fol- <br />lowing By -Law as authorized under Chapter 40, Section 21, <br />Sub -section 1, of the General Laws. <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to consume alcoholic <br />beverages on public highways, including vehicles thereon, or <br />public places not duly licensed for such purposes within the <br />Town of Mashpee. Whoever violates the provisions of this <br />by-law shall be fined in an amount not exceeding Twenty <br />Dollars for each offense. <br />Action: Motion moved and seconded to accept article as <br />read. 38 for, none opposed. <br />Article 5. To see if the Town will vote to accept a gift <br />of $643.93 from the Emil Hanslin Associates for the Library <br />Building Fund or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded that article be ac- <br />cepted as read. A unanimous vote. <br />Article 6. To see if the Town will vote to rescind the <br />loan authorization of $6,750.00, authorized .under Article 7 of <br />the August 27, 1963 Special Town Meeting, for a dump truck <br />and sander, or take any other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion moved and seconded article be accepted <br />as read. A unanimous vote. <br />
