92 <br />The Commission further voted that, although they ap- <br />proved the appropriation under Article 4 to provide funds to <br />build a baseball field behind the Town Hall, it was voted to <br />withhold authority to expend said funds until detailed in <br />formation is submitted to the Commission for further con- <br />sideration with respect to the scope of the work to be done <br />'i <br />on the project. <br />I, <br />The action of the town meeting to authorize the select- <br />;, J <br />men to sell a 1939 GMC tank truck is approved. <br />The Commission voted to disapprove the appropriation <br />�{ <br />voted under Article 8 for a transfer of $1,500.00 from avail- <br />iable funds "for one qualified life guard and equipment for <br />Attaquin Park," because said vote was beyond the scope of <br />the article. <br />The Commission voted to disapprove the affirmative vote <br />under Article 14 because there is no statutory authorization <br />for the purported appropriation. <br />The Commission voted to authorize expenditures under <br />all of the foregoing appropriations except Article 4, as previ- <br />jl <br />ously mentioned. <br />ARTHUR H.
