Brooke <br />State House <br />Boston, Massachusetts <br />Dear Sir: <br />On March 7, 1966, the Annual Town Meeting of Mashpee <br />was held with a quorum present. The voters acted on the <br />fallowing articles: <br />Article 21. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br />zoning by-law of the Town of Mashpee section F-1-3 by de- <br />leting paragraph,b and inserting the following: <br />(b) Size of lots - No building, except one-story <br />buildings of accessory use, shall be erected on a lot less <br />than one hundred fifty (150) feet minimum average <br />Width and minimum frontage of one hundred twenty- <br />five (125) feet and containing less than twenty-two <br />thousand five hundred (22,500) square feet, provided <br />that one (1) one -family dwelling and its accessory build- <br />ings may be erected on any lot which, at the time the <br />by-laws was adopted is separately owned. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded not to amend the <br />article. Voted 138 for, 4 opposed. <br />
