101 Article 43. To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Board of Selectmen to appoint a Personnel Board consisting of (5) five registered voters, who are not employees of the Town or serving the Town regularly in any elective capacity, to conduct a study .and make recommendations for a Salary and Wage Administration Plan. The Personnel Board mem- bers shall be appointed to serve for one year and shall pre- pare a report to be submitted to the Town not later than the 1969 Town Meeting. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. Voted unanimously. Article 44. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or to transfer from available funds in the Treas- ury, the sum of $500.00 for expenses of the Personnel Board. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read by having the Town to raise and appropriate the sum of $500.00. Voted unanimously. Article 45. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate $1,500.00 for reseeding quahogs 'and oysters or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. Voted unanimously. Article 46. To see if the Town will vote -to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds in the Treasury the sum of $1,000.00 to purchase furniture and office equip- ment for the new second floor office 'space in the Town Hall, or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to raise and appro- priate the sum of $1,000.00. Voted unanimously. Article 47. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $800.00 to purchase furniture and office equipment for the Assessors Department or take any other action thereon. Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as read. Voted unanimously. Article 48. To see if the Town will approve a full time clerk for the offices of the Tax Collector and Treasurer, to .work five (5) days weekly, at a salary of $3,200.00 yearly.
