7& <br /> Library Report <br /> To the Honorable Board of Selectmen l <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> I hereby submit my report for the year ending December <br /> 1968. <br /> Number Bound Volumes 6552 <br /> Adult 2567 <br /> Juveniles 3985 <br /> i Total number volumes of: <br /> 'h Adult books circulated 66 <br /> Juvenile books circulated 371 <br /> Total books circulated 437 <br /> Our Town's new Library is now in its second year of <br /> being open to the citizens and taxpayers in the Town of <br /> Mashpee. <br /> The circulation of books is slowly increasing among the <br /> a juveniles and young adults. We have an excellent selection <br /> of books old and new, also books for young and old pertain- <br /> ing to the modern times of today. <br /> Many new books have been purchased with Town funds <br /> including the best sellers, Pulitzer prize winning novels, etc. <br /> We wish to encourage more adults to use and visit the <br /> Library more frequently. <br /> Many donations of books, plants, pictures, etc. have been <br /> , .! donated by people from neighboring Towns and here in <br /> Mashpee. Also new improvements have been made by the <br /> Library Trustees. <br /> I wish to thank the Library Trustees for their co-opera- <br /> tion and the many people for their donations to the Library. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> ADELINE B.
