D� <br /> Article 59. To see if the Town will amend the Zoning <br /> By-Law of the 'Town of Mashpee, -Chapter III, Article II, <br /> F. Zoning Districts, I. Residence Districts, by deleting sub- <br /> sections—"1. <br /> ub- <br /> sections—"1. R-75 Residence Districts" and "2. R-100 Dis- <br /> trict" and by inserting the following subsection: <br /> 111. R-125 District <br /> (a) Use: No building shall be erected or altered and <br /> no building or premises shall be used for any purpose <br /> except: <br /> (1) Detached one-family dwelling, except that alter- <br /> ations of single family units may be permitted, to <br /> allow use as a two-family unit by the granting of <br /> a special permit. <br /> (2) In addition to accessory uses permitted under Para- <br /> graph E of this by-law the following uses may be <br /> permitted, subject to the operator living upon the <br /> premises and to the limitations stated herein. A <br /> billboard, signboard or advertising sign shall in no <br /> case be permitted as an accessory use, except as <br /> herein specified. The placing of a "For Sale" or <br /> "For Rent" sign shall, however, be permitted as an <br /> accessory use. A sign pertaining to a home occupa- <br /> tion, as herein specified, shall be permitted, provided <br /> 4 such signs be not over three (3) square feet in area. <br /> E (a) Offices for professional use and customary home <br /> occupations such as arts, crafts, service busi- <br /> nesses, antique and gift shops, or any use deter- <br /> mined to be of a similar character, said deter- <br /> mination to be made by the Board of Appeals <br /> $' following a petition of the landowner or owners j <br /> and a special permit granted therefor, including <br /> only uses conducted in dwellings or in accessory <br /> buildings and involving only the services of per- <br /> sons living on the premises and not more than <br /> one (1) other employee,except that the occasion- <br /> al presence of additional employees on the prem- <br /> ises shall not be prohibited, and further except- <br /> ing physicians, surgeons and dentists, which <br /> professions require clerical and medical assist- j <br /> tants. Such permitted accessory uses shall not <br /> entail Jany external changes in the structural <br /> form of the building.
