To see if the Town will vote to accept the Ha <br /> I <br /> following by-law: <br /> The Mashpee Town Dump.shall be restricted to use <br /> by.residents only. All residents must dump in designated <br /> locations. All trees must be cut in five foot lengths. All <br /> commercial garbage and trucking outfits must be ap- <br /> proved by the Board of Health. No autos or parts of autos <br /> 1 will be accepted. All persons who willfully fail or refuse <br /> to comply with these rules and regulations shall be pun- <br /> ished:by a fine of not less than $25.00 and not more than <br /> .$50.00. Submitted by the Board of Health. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br /> read. 50 for, 36 opposed.
