Wong and <br /> bounded southwesterly by land now owned by the Pirates <br /> Cove Beach Association and formerly owned by the Cape <br /> Cod Developers; 68.29 feet and an arc of 57.39 feet, north- <br /> westerly by Captains Row 87.69 feet; northeasterly by <br /> Charles Yip, Lot 18-A 121.77 feet; and southeasterly by <br /> Mashpee Neck Road 65.0 feet. All is shown on plan entitled <br /> Pirates Cove Popponesset Bay Plan Book 162, page 107 at <br /> Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, or take any other <br /> action thereon. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded to indefinitely post- <br /> pone Article. So voted. <br /> Article 38. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $6,750.00 to purchase or take by <br /> eminent domain the following parcel of land: <br /> Lot #16-A of the Pirates Cove Plan, owned by Charles <br /> E. Coady, et ux and located on Mashpee Neck, adjacent to <br /> a lot of land owned by James W. Swafford, Certificate of <br /> Title 19481 and containing 13,730 square feet. (For other <br /> reference see Book 1247, page 520), subject to the Town <br /> obtaining a good and marketable title thereof, or take any <br /> other action thereon. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article <br /> as recommended by the Finance Committee. A unanimous <br /> vote. <br /> Article 39. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate, or take from available funds, the sum of <br /> $8,750.00 for the purchase of a parcel of land adjacent to <br /> the Town Landing, located on Mashpee Neck for park -and <br /> recreational <br /> purposes, belonging to James W. Swafford and <br /> shown as Lot #1 on the Assessors' map page 996 Certificate <br /> of Title #19474 and formerly Lot 15-AA of the. Pirates Cove <br /> Plan; subject to the Town obtaining a good and marketable <br /> title thereof, or take any other action thereon. <br /> Submitted by the Selectmen. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded to, raise and appro- <br /> priate.
