Wasil of all their right, title, and interest <br /> in a certain parcel of land, which was acquired by the-said <br /> Wasils by a deed from the Treasurer of the Town of Mashpee <br /> to them, dated December 17, 1964 and recorded with Barn- <br /> stable Deeds in Book 1284, Page 615. Said conveyance is to be <br /> in full satisfaction for any claims that the said Wasils may <br /> now have against the Town of Mashpee, and especially the <br /> conveyance of land described in Book 1284, page 615 hereto- <br /> fore referred to. Submitted by Edward R. and Helena M. <br /> Wasil. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded that article be in- <br /> definitely postponed. A vote. <br /> Article 30. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br /> Board of Selectmen to convey to Stanley Levings of 29 Flor- <br /> ence Street, Rockland, Massachusetts, a certain parcel of <br /> land shown as Parcel 51, as shown on the current Assessors' <br /> maps (Map #62), and being also described in a deed, Barn- <br /> stable County deeds in book 587, Page 126, being located off <br /> Falmouth Road, and consisting of 10,000 square feet, more <br /> or less, for a sum not less than $800.00, or take any other <br /> action thereon. Submitted by Stanley Levings. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded that article be in- <br /> definitely postponed. A unanimous vote. <br /> Article 31. To see if the Town of Mashpee will vote to <br /> authorize the Board of Selectmen to convey to Louis A. Web- <br /> quish a certain parcel of land of the Town of Mashpee shown <br /> on the Mashpee Assessors' map on Map #60 as Parcel #2, and <br /> further being described in a deed recorded in Barnstable <br /> County Registry of Deeds in Book 485, Page 252, and for fore- <br /> closure tax title see Book 587, Page 525. Said parcel of land <br /> being located at the junction of Old Falmouth Road and <br /> Barnstable Road (Quashnet Road, so-called) and extending <br /> to the intersection of Great Hay Road and Quashnet Road; <br /> said parcel containing 41/2 acres, more or less, for a sum not <br /> less than $3,375.00, or do anything in relation thereto.
