To see if the Town will vote to authorize and <br /> direct the Selectmen to execute, acknowledge, seal and de- <br /> liver an agreement in recordable form with New Seabury <br /> Corporation (formerly Popponesset Corporation) remodifying <br /> the restrictions contained in a deed from Popponesset Cor- <br /> poration to the Town, dated July 13, 1964, and duly recorded, <br /> so that (a) the number of dwelling units permitted in Section <br /> 9 on the plan referred to in the deed shall be reduced from <br /> 110 to 30; (b) Sections 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 shall be <br /> combined into one section in which 1,627 dwelling units may <br /> be erected and 400,000 square feet of area, as defined in the <br /> deed may be devoted to commercial usees in addition to rec- <br /> reational uses; and (c) no dwellings other than single family <br />
