101. <br /> Report of the Planning Board <br /> To the Honorable Board of Selectmen <br /> and Citizens of the Town of 1V whpee: <br /> During 1972 the Planning Board approved 17 subdivisions <br /> in the following sections of the Town: <br /> Cotuit Comers, Mashpee Neck, New Seabury (4), South Sand- <br /> wich Road, Mashpee Neck Road (2), Main Street, Route 151, <br /> Pimlico Pond Road, Jehu Road, Cotuit Road, Quinaquissett Road. <br /> These subdivisions included approximately 453 lots and the <br /> associated fees brought in a revenue of $586.00. <br /> Of these subdivisions, five were submitted under the cluster <br /> zoning provisions and included 149 lots. <br /> In addition, special permits were issued for four condominium <br /> developments totaling 481 units. The locations are: Route 28 op- <br /> posite the Old Indian Church, Route 28 opposite Augats, Quina- <br /> quissett. Road opposite Shoestring Bay, and Route 28 near the <br /> t <br /> Falmouth line. <br /> A new town zoning map including a street index was, devel- <br /> oped and published. Also, considerable research and study was <br /> completed in 1972 to develop the new multi-family by-laws which <br /> were approved at a Special Town Meeting in January 1973. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> EARLE M.
