<br /> Pond, Quaker Run, Ockway Pond, Ann's Cove, Gould's Spring,
<br /> Ashumet Pond, John's Pond, Moody Pond, Wakeby Pond,
<br /> Quashnet River, Amos Pond, Martha's Pond, and Attaquin

<br /> Article 24. To see if the Town will vote to raise and
<br /> appropriate or take from available funds the sum of Ten
<br /> Thousand ($10,000.00) dollars to be added to the Conservation
<br /> Fund, or take any other action thereon. Submitted by the
<br /> Conservation Commission.
<br /> Action: Amended to read: To see if the Town will vote to
<br /> raise and appropriate the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000) dollars
<br /> to be added to the Conservation Fund, or take any other action
<br /> thereon.

<br /> Article 25. To see if the Town will vote to transfer to M
<br /> the custody and control of the Conservation Commission for M
<br /> all purposes included in Chapter 40, Section 8C as it now
<br /> reads or may hereafter be amended, a parcel of land now
<br /> , owned by the Town of Mashpee and shown on Assessors Map
<br /> #16 as Lot #1, containing 10.2 acres and recorded in Barn-
<br /> stable County Deeds in Book 496, Page 46, or take any other
<br /> action thereon. Submitted by the Conservation Commission.
