To see if the Town will vote to direct the <br /> Board of Assessors to publish beginning March 1, 1973 and <br /> annually thereafter, a complete list of all abatements and <br /> exemptions granted by the Board of Assessors against the <br /> prior year's tax levy, or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded article be accepted <br /> as read. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the <br /> Selectmen to appoint the Park and Recreation Commission <br /> and the Cemetery Commissioners rather than elect them by <br /> popular vote. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded article be accepted <br /> as read. To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br /> Zoning By-law of the Town of Mashpee, Massachusetts, by <br /> changing from R-1 District to a Business C-2 District a cer- <br /> tain parcel of land owned by Attaquin Hotel, Inc. and shown <br /> on Assessors Map as Lot 10, Map 36, containing approximately r. <br /> 5.22 acres. This change to include a continuation of the <br /> present C-2 Zone along the frontage of said parcel on Route <br /> 130 and to a depth of 400' in conformity to the present busi- <br /> ness C-2 Zone. <br /> Action: Motion made and seconded article ,be accepted <br /> as read.
